The only condition is, Item must be in new, unaltered, undamaged and unused condition. We expect the item to reach us as it left our warehouse. Send in original packaging, with tags if possible. Do not worry if you lost the packaging or tags, we will be happy to honour the return.

How to Return (UK & EU customers):

Enter the email address on the order and Order number. Click continue
Select the product you want to return. Select Refund or Exchange, Quantity and Return reason. You can add additional comments if you like and click continue
Review return details. If you need to do any changes, click on back option else click continue
Select I will ship myself and Submit.
Note the address mentioned where you need to ship the return. Click on print Label and save the return form. Print the form and put in the package.
You can ship the package to us with any tracked courier service. Keep the tracking number with you for any further reference.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment as store credit to your account. If your order has shipped, we will issue a store credit as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Order received
Damaged Goods - Missing Products from Orders: Email us at** firstname.lastname@example.org** or chat with us from Chat widget on the website Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm (GMT TIME), within 7 days from the delivery date with the missing or damaged product details, quote your order number or the email on the order, and we’ll work hard to quickly correct the mistake.
Refund as Store credit will be credited within 48 business hours as soon as the returned item is restocked.
IF YOU WISH A REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD: Original Shipping cost is not refundable. In case of Free shipping, equivalent Standard Shipping or shipping applicable on the order will be deducted from the refund amount. Any dispute will not be entertained.
Misuse of Return Policy
Return can be done once either a refund or an exchange. Please do not force to honor a return twice.
The return shipping cost is customer's responsibility. Please do not ask for a prepaid shipping label.
Items which do not qualify for returns, e.g.** accessories and sale items**, please do not request or return these as we will not honor such requests. Any disputes will not be entertained.
Please do not send any used or damaged item back to us, which we will not be able to accept as a return. That’s not a part of the deal. We will discard such items with relevant information sent on your email as proof.
